Many manufacturers of pattern books and sample -makers are confronted time and again with the question of being able to exchange or remove individual pattern cards easily from a finished book.

This requirement can only be met by a few systems and mostly only with considerable difficulty. In combination with our system "PP 60", this problem is solved in a confoundingly easy manner with the “BRÜGMANN - BUTTON”.

With the "PP 60" system, the perforated patterncards are inserted in the individual system sections, where they latch into place behind angled insert catches and are fastened securely in position in every direction.

These angled catches have gone independent as the “BRÜGMANN BUTTON“ The “BRÜGMANN BUTTON” also has an angled insert catch and therefore functions in the same way as the "PP60" system. 

But the button, however, can be turned! 

This means that the insert angle catch can be made into a removal angle catch simply by turning throug 180°. The pattern cards can now be removed from the book just as easy as they can be inserted and locked into place. And we have put an arrow on the button so that you can see witch way the card can be moved. The card can be moved in the direction the arrow is pointing.

The arrow on the button is pointing downwards; the pattern card can be insert and latched into place.

The button has been turned, the arrow is pointing upwards; The pattern card can be removed.
