System PP 60 - Brügmann Plastic GmbH

The most important advantages offered by our system are the precision of the parts, the low weight - about 60% less than our profile system - rational and therefore lowcost application, flexibility in specifying the order of samples “right up to the end” and the sturdiness of the parts. We provide 5 years guarantee on all system parts. The "PP 60" system is recyclable, like all our products Two elements from "PP60" system and a four-way perforated sheet of cardboard or plastic, between 1,4 and 2,0 mm thick are all that are needed to produce a medium-sized sample card.

The elements from "PP60" system lock immovably into each other and the cards are fixed just as immovable into the elements. This is achieved with the "PP60" system by the elements having tongues with hooking lugs on one side and corresponding catches on the other, and the perforated sample cards locking into place on the principle. This is clearly by the drawings on the right.

When closed, three elements grip into each other and have an additional support function taking the load off the film hinge. (A)

The "PP 60" system consists of seven different width elements and a left and right end element.

The card holders are centred on all elements.
Card thickness: 1,4 to 2,0 mm, end elements to 4 mm.

There are two possibilities for assembling the "PP 60" system. The sample cards can be placed in or on the elements. A smooth back is achieved in both cases at all times and the sides can always be opened by a full 180°.
